Hello!  REGISTRATION FOR 2019 IS CLOSED. 

♥ ♥ ♥ All registrations are subject to review – additional conditions may apply or the registration may not be accepted.  When a registration is accepted, an invoice will be sent by email. ♥ ♥ ♥

 

Registration is currently
$595 – $1,190 **
through August 30, 2019.

**  In the Visioning Retreat for this event, those gathered decided to keep the minimum registration fee the same as 2018 while offering the option to increase the amount you pay for registration should you be able to do so.   For those with limited funds, the lowest rate in the range reflects our break-even cost for venue, work trade, supplies for the event, and mandatory insurance.  Amounts above the lowest rate in the range provide funds for ‘extras’ such as administrative costs for New Culture Northern California (website, insurance, state filings), more supplies for the event, honorariums for Core Team (limited to registration fee), honorariums for Leadership Team (limited to partial registration fee), and building a cash-reserve to support and protect future events.
**** Purchasing a private room is another way you can contribute to the financial sustainability of this event and New Culture Northern California. ****

Registration includes meals from Lunch on Thursday, 9/19 through Brunch on Tuesday, 9/24, Tent Space, dry RV/Vehicle Camping and Shared Dorm Space.

We have observed that commuting to, arriving at and getting set-up at Autumn Convergence can be challenging.  We request that you plan to devote your entire arrival day to Autumn Convergence in support of yourself and the volunteer organizing team.  Please arrive on the property between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Thursday (lunch will be available 1-2:00).  Plan your travel to allow time for you to arrive, check-in, have lunch, and get yourself set-up BEFORE 4 p.m.   

An Early Arrival is offered on Wednesday, 9/18 for the Saratoga Springs grounds fee of $65.  An Early Arrival provides opportunity to ease into Autumn Convergence.  You are welcome to take time for yourself – hike, walk the labyrinth, relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub, sleep-in….  and/or to help with any set-up activities underway.  Those who have participated in Early Arrival commented on how relaxing it was and how ready they were to connect with the larger community on Friday.  Meals before lunch on 9/19 are not included in Early Arrival.  The Personal Foods Kitchen is available, restaurants are 10 minutes away, and we will advise of options for having dinner on-site on Wednesday evening and breakfast on-site on Thursday for an additional fee closer to the beginning of Autumn Convergence.  Early Arrival Lodging will be the same as you have selected for Autumn Convergence.  The Early Arrival grounds fee of $65 is fully refundable if notice is received BEFORE 9/18.

End time on Tuesday, 9/24 is approximately 2 pm.  We need to vacate the property shortly thereafter, so please make travel plans accordingly.

New This Year:  After a registration is accepted, an invoice with a due date will be sent by email (to that email address you entered in your registration form and check often….).  The registration form confirmation e-mail you receive from Google confirms that a space is being held for you until further notice – with notice being an invoice or an email requesting further coordination.


CANCELLATION OPTIONS:

→ 100% refund if notification received BEFORE July 24, 2019
→ 75% refund if notification received BEFORE August 23, 2019
→ 50% refund if notification received BEFORE September 6, 2019
→ Early Arrival is 100% refundable if cancellation is received  BEFORE 9/18.
→ Lodging fees are 100% refundable if the space is resold.  If not, then the above percentages apply.

We intend to initiate refunds by check within 30 days of notification, or by Pay Pal if original payment was by Pay Pal.

Please note that stated refund amounts are worst case.  Please contact us to discuss your situation.
